The new SMSI conference series Sensor and Measurement Science International Conference was created in 2020, following the long success story of the AMA conferences. After a virtual launch of the SMSI 2021 Conference, SMSI 2023 will take place in presence for the first time and takes a holistic approach to sensors and instrumentation, measurement science and metrology. These three thematic pillars each have a clear scientific focus, linked by the vision to promote and contribute to the ongoing digitalization.
