Abstract
We obtained arrays of ZnO nanowire (NW) with high density and homogeneity by electrochemical anodization method. NWs were prepared on stiff and flexible substrates. In this work we discuss morphological and functional properties as well as gas sensing properties of ZnO nanowires towards different gases in a wide range of operating temperatures.
