Abstract
In this work, we prepared electrospun ZnO nanostructured thin film on SAW devices by electrospray technique. To investigate the sensor response dependency on the number of metaloxide nanoparticles and metaloxide nanoparticle structure, we prepared SAW sensors having different coating loads of the metaloxides. Coating frequency shifts were adjusted to fall between 100 kHz and 2.4 MHz.
