Abstract
In this work, we synthesized phosphorus-decorated MoS2 thin films as material for gas sensor through a solution process and chemical vapor deposition. Phosphorus-decorated MoS2 showed the higher gas sensing performance than the bare MoS2 thin films. With this method, higher sensitivity and selectivity can be achieved, resulting in the broad application of MoS2-based gas sensors.
