Abstract
The main principles of the determination of patulin toxicity by the bioluminescent and chemiluminescent tests with bacteria and Daphnia magna, respectively are described. Besides the quantitative control of this mycotoxin by SPR based immune biosensor with different algorithms of analysis are presented.
